Play 20–30 seconds of a podcast, video or audiobook, pause, and repeat it, copying the rhythm and tone exactly. Then try speaking along at the same time. Choose material slightly above your level.
On any short walk, describe what you see as if showing a visitor around. Speak out loud if you can, under your breath if you can't.
Before a meeting, call or appointment, say your main point out loud once. Prepare one useful phrase from the bank in advance.
Use your phone to transcribe a recording, then ask a teacher, a friend or an AI tutor to check it for structure, word choice and repeated mistakes.
